ORDER PLACEMENT AND FULFILLMENT

Placing an order by the CUSTOMER is tantamount to an authorization given to the SHOP to issue a receipt or an invoice without the signature of the CUSTOMER.

Each order will be fulfilled if the product is in stock. In case of unavailability of the ordered products, the SHOP shall contact the CUSTOMER who shall decide on how to fulfill the order (partial fulfillment, lengthened the pending time, cancelation of the whole order).

The order can be fulfilled only if the CUSTOMER has provided their address data, e-mail address and phone number. The SHOP is not responsible for incorrectly supplied information from the customer.

PRIMOMASK Shop regularly has discounts and promotions. The client can use a discount code to take advantage of these discounts and promotions, which can see on our social networks (IG, Facebook, VK)

After processing your order from the PRIMOMASK.COM store the invoice, which includes total purchase price, will be generated automatically.

DELIVERY

 

Delivery time will depend on the destination country and the postal service. International delivery times are not regulated and are approximate. Also, actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. We have 3 types of delivery:

Pay attention. We are not responsible for delays due to Customs and we can’t affect to speed of their work. We are not responsible for delivery times provided by the carrier.Also, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

 

 

WARRANTY & RETURNS

 

Returns are accepted for any unused, unwashed item(s) for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase date. If you have an item(s) that need to be returned please email info@primomask.com. The item(s) will need to be shipped back to PRIMO Mask.

 

Once we receive the returned item(s) they will be inspected. If a product is damaged as a result of manufacturing, not by misuse, the item(s) will be exchanged for a new item/items.

 

Also, we can return the full amount of the order in case the parcel is lost. To do this we need to get an official response from the Postal Service or Logistic Company about the loss. Pay Attention: the investigation process can take up to two months.

 

Shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the client.

 

When an order is returned to PRIMO Mask warehouse because of wrong information given out by the customer, PRIMO Mask is not obliged to refund the shipping cost.
