Returns are accepted for any unused, unwashed item(s) for any reason within 14 days of the original purchase date. If you have an item(s) that need to be returned please email email@example.com. The item(s) will need to be shipped back to PRIMO Mask.
Once we receive the returned item(s) they will be inspected. If a product is damaged as a result of manufacturing, not by misuse, the item(s) will be exchanged for a new item/items.
Also, we can return the full amount of the order in case the parcel is lost. To do this we need to get an official response from the Postal Service about the loss. Pay Attention: the investigation process can take up to two months.
Shipping costs for returns are to be paid by the client.
When an order is returned to PRIMO Mask warehouse because of wrong information given out by the customer, PRIMO Mask is not obliged to refund the shipping cost.
